1. Are you using
Internet EXPLORER? THE PROGRAM WILL NOT WORK
IN NETSCAPE. Look for the lower-case 'e' icon in the upper left
corner of your screen:

2. Do you have the Flash player? If you do you'll
see a spinning ring:
If you can't see the picture then you will need to download the
player at the link below.*
3. Do you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader? You'll
need it for accessing the state policy and other information.

4. If you do have the necessary technology, but
are still having problems, contact your IT department or other person
designated to help with computer-related problems.
